Insurance:

We accept insurance, HSA payments, checks, cash & major credit cards. We are in network with Cigna, Aetna, UHC, BCBS of TX, BCBS FEP program, Tricare, GEHA, Optum, and others. We do not bill Medicare.  

We offer insurance verification and insurance billing in house. We also offer sliding scales for clients whose insurance does not cover services with us, or for those clients who do not have insurance coverage.
